Items returned must be unmarked, in the original package, unused and in new condition. All packaging, manuals, warranty cards, etc. that were in the original package must also be returned. A re-stocking fee will be charged for products returned in other than new condition. Custom and special orders are not cancellable and are non-refundable. Drop ship orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges, vaccines, books, are not returnable.
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
If the item is designated hazardous there will be a hazardous material fee. Aerosol and hazardous items can only be shipped via Ground Service.

Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Please use this as a guideline only.

Please note shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Fill out the back of the packing slip and include it with the merchandise. Special orders, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Vaccines are not returnable.
Damages & Shortages
Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
